Membership
Membership fee is due quarterly: $50 per player. No refund after close of registration for each quarter. $10 late fee will assessed for late registration. Membership fee paid will be forfeited if player withdraws from the league prior to the expiration of membership term, or did not complete at least 75% of matches for the current quarter.
Members who don't complete at least 75% of their matches by the end of current quarter will be barred from playing in the following quarter. If a member can't complete 75% due to injury he/she will still need to sit out the following quarter...so play the league matches early. Players who previously forfeited their membership but wish to rejoin the league will have lower priority than regular waitlisted players.
By joining the league each member has implicitly agreed to the terms stated on this website and agrees to hold the league, League Director, other Members, UTR and the facility where the match was held, harmless for any incident arising from the league matches (member is defined as a league player and the parent(s) of a minor player). Parents agree to accompany players who are minors during their matches. See Terms and Conditions.
Membership renewal: Current members must submit their renewal membership fee by close of registration (which is usually few days before start of each quarter). Failure to do so will result in member's name not be placed on the roster for the new quarter and may have to wait until future quarters to rejoin based on availability.
Before you can play UTR Tennis League, you MUST have UTR event profile. Please register at http://events.universaltennis.com/register/

Referrals
UTR League depends on the word-of-mouth from our Members. Any new to UTR League referrals will be entitled to 50% discount off the current membership fee. The Member who referred the new Member will also be entitled to 50% discount off the current membership fee. Please see below for additional terms and conditions.
- The referral must not be a past or present member of UTR League.
- Referral can qualify for "Free Play" by completing all matches in the current season.
- If Member qualifies for "Free Play", Member has the choice of referral 50% discount or "Free Play".
- Member with multiple referrals will have our thanks, but can only receive one 50% discount off membership fee per season.
- Member can still received 50% discount offer with future referrals, limited to one per season.
- Member must inform admin@utrleague.com prior to the referral registering with UTR League.
